Payments, Reservations, and Other Information
Reservations are first come first serve. Your date and tea items are not reserved until the deposit is made.
Rental reservations are made by phone or email only.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation and tea items. The remainder of balance is due 5 days before delivery or pickup date. Balance can be paid in cash on delivery or pick up.
MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Zelle, Venmo and Cash are accepted. Checks accepted by non profit or business only.
If paid with credit card 4% of payment is non-refundable.
Credit Card is required to keep on file in case of loss or damages.
Cleaning Instructions
All items should be free of food and drink before repacked in the containers provided at delivery. DO NOT hand wash or put in dishwasher, wipe clean of food and drink of all items and repack as safe as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once the deposit is made it secures 50% of each item listed, you may delete an item 10 business days before delivery date for full refund, after the 10 business days the deposit on that item will be forfeited and items on the contract may increase if items or available or decrease staying at 50% only.
All orders are to have final quantities confirmed with “Bee’s Teas” by the client 7 days before delivery. Decreases will not be accepted after the 7 days. Once an order leaves our premises full charges apply.
Cancellation of complete party policy-Orders cancelled within 30 days before scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total invoice. Orders cancelled 29- 7 days before the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total invoice. Orders cancelled 6 to the day of scheduled delivery will incur a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total invoice.
Refunds will be refunded within 7-10 business days of cancellations.
If paid with credit card 4% of payment is non-refundable.
We take LAST MINUTE rental orders — Call us to see if dates and tea items are available. In this case deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another party date.
Refunds are not given for unused items.
Damaged, Lost, or Broken Items
The renter is responsible for the retail value in case of loss of items while in their possession. The renter is responsible for value of tea ware if broken and pieces are brought back to company.
The renter is responsible- To return any items that were not re-packed in containers when returned to “Bee’s Teas” .
Security is the renter’s responsibility. Tea items must be protected from disappearance and weather related damage while in your possession.
Special containers are provided to ensure that you receive items in near perfect condition as possible.

In the event that an item you reserve becomes unavailable due to loss or damage prior to your rental, we will make every effort to substitute an item of equal or greater value after discussing the matter with you
All equipment is clean, sanitized and table ready.
