Hi,

I’m Bianca (also known as Bee), the owner of “Bee’s Teas”.

As a Brit living in the United States of America, there’s nothing I love more than enjoying a cup of tea to remind me of my home country. I’ve always been a big tea appreciator, and I know exactly what is required to have the perfect tea party. There’s a true art to the perfect cup of tea and it all begins with the teacup.

My story begins with becoming pregnant with my daughter, Autumn. I was unable to return to the U.K. for my baby shower, so my mother-in-law kindly ‘recreated’ the traditional British Afternoon tea party on Cape Cod.

The only issue was the fact that there wasn’t any tea cup hire service close by and she had to source all the tea cups, saucers, tea pots, sugar bowls, creamer jugs and dinner wear on her own! She did an absolutely fantastic job and the event was a huge success.

Once my daughter was born, I decided I wanted a change of career and do something that allowed me the flexibility of being a mother. It was my mother-in-law who suggested setting up my own “teacup hire service” as being British, I happen to know a thing or two about tea!
